Job summary

Stake Australia seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team in Sydney. You’ll own end-to-end hiring across a diverse portfolio, with initial focus on Operations and Customer Success, partnering with hiring managers to define the profile and sourcing strategy.

You’ll use data, AI and automation to speed recruitment and improve candidate experience, while preserving human judgment. The role is hybrid, with three days in our dog-friendly Sydney office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in-house or agency.
• Ability to build smart sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Proven skills in structured interviews and assessment design.
• Comfort with using data, AI and automation in recruitment.
