Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Consultant.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or rail recruitment will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Handle approximately 25 to 35 active vacancies concurrently.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Source, screen and shortlist high-quality candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and stakeholder communications.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment administration.
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Maintain recruitment systems and reporting requirements.
