Job summary

Unispace is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment for ANZ from our Sydney studio. You will partner with HR and hiring managers across Design, PM, Construction, and Corporate to attract standout talent in a design-led environment.

This hands-on role requires managing high-volume live roles while building long-term pipelines and acting as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Qualifications

• In-house or agency recruitment experience in built environment or related sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies across disciplines and seniorities.
• Strong sourcing using active and passive channels, including LinkedIn.
• Confident communicator to influence senior stakeholders.

Role Profile

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the engine of talent acquisition activity in the Sydney office of Unispace, our RPO client. You'll be providing hiring support across Australia and New Zealand as required. Based full-time at Unispace's Sydney studio, you will be embedded within the business and partner closely with the HR team and hiring managers across Design, Project Management, Pre-construction, Construction, Commercial, and Corporate functions to attract and secure exceptional talent into a dynamic, design‑led environment.

This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role for a skilled recruiter equally comfortable managing high volumes of live roles and building long‑term talent pipelines. You will act as a true brand ambassador for Unispace, ensuring every candidate has a compelling, professional experience from first contact to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all ANZ vacancies, from briefing and job posting through to offer management and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles and timescales.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels including direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and specialist networks.
• Conduct initial screening calls and structured competency interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit before presenting shortlists to the business.
• Manage offer processes including salary benchmarking, negotiations, and pre‑employment checks.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for business‑critical and hard‑to‑fill disciplines across the Unispace portfolio.
• Champion the clients employer brand externally, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership, providing expert recruitment advice and market insight.
• Maintain accurate vacancy and candidate data within the ATS, producing regular recruitment MI and pipeline reports.

About you

• Demonstrable in‑house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within the built environment, workplace design, construction, or professional services sectors.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent vacancies across varied disciplines and seniority levels.
• Strong direct sourcing capability with hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate attraction tools.
• Confident, credible communicator with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
• Prior experience recruiting within Commercial Real Estate, Workplace Design, Interior fit‑out, architecture, or construction sectors (desirable).
• Familiarity with specialist roles such as interior designers, project managers, pre‑construction, or site‑based professionals (desirable).
• Exposure to diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives (desirable)
