Job summary

Unispace is seeking a hands-on Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment across Australia and New Zealand from our Sydney studio. You will own the recruitment lifecycle, partnering with HR and hiring managers across Design, Project Management, and Construction to attract exceptional talent in a design-led environment.

The role requires experience in high-volume recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build long-term pipelines while delivering a compelling candidate

Qualifications

• In-house or agency recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting within design, construction, or professional services is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for ANZ roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates via direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening and competency interviews.
• Manage offers including salary benchmarks and checks.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and maintain employer brand.
