O’Brien is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with leaders across the business, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions and strong candidate experiences. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and influence hiring decisions across corporate, operations, customer service and leadership roles.

You will work with the People & Culture team to shape talent strategy, use recruitment analytics, and continuously improve employer branding while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Business Partner role.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end recruitment with strong stakeholder management.
• Experience sourcing passive talent and using recruitment technologies.
• Ability to shape hiring and talent strategy with data-driven insights.

About the Role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader, you will act as a strategic recruitment partner to business leaders, delivering high-quality talent acquisition solutions that support business performance and growth.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong stakeholder relationships, creating talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, hiring needs, and talent strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse national portfolio
• Build talent pipelines and proactively source high-quality candidates
• Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to support hiring decisions
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Drive continuous improvement through talent attraction, employer branding, and recruitment analytics

About You

We’re looking for a collaborative and solutions-focused talent professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruitment Business Partner, or similar role
• Proven success delivering end-to-end recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and business partnering skills
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive talent across multiple channels
• Knowledge of contemporary talent attraction strategies and recruitment technologies
• Strong organisational skills with a data-driven approach and ability to manage competing priorities
