Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Recruitment Lead to steer the national recruitment function from its Pendle Hill base. You will guide a six-person Talent Acquisition team across multiple locations, shaping workforce strategy and partnering with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Recruitment Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager capacity.
• Experience managing recruitment teams across multiple locations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executive engagement.
• Experience supporting high-volume and diverse recruitment requirements.
• Exceptional communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to remain agile and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG, food manufacturing, logistics or industrial sectors preferred.
• Knowledge of Australian immigration processes and visa sponsorship is desirable.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and operational leaders across sites nationally.

About the Role

As the Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent across a diverse workforce. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives, ensuring recruitment outcomes align with operational and strategic business objectives.

This role requires someone who can confidently navigate competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

About You

You are an influential and adaptable recruitment professional with demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams in complex environments. You are comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on when required.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruitment Lead capacity.
• Experience managing recruitment teams across multiple locations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in from Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
• Experience supporting high-volume and diverse workforce recruitment requirements.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building and consulting skills.
• The ability to remain agile and resilient in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food manufacturing, logistics or industrial sectors will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge and understanding of Australian immigration processes, visa sponsorship and skilled migration pathways is highly desirable.
