This permanent, full-time role supports end-to-end recruitment across clinical and corporate roles, aligning with Brightwater's values and diversity commitments. You will work with hiring managers to attract high-quality talent, manage job adverts, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and complete reference and compliance checks to ensure an efficient recruitment

Qualifications

• We have experience recruiting for clinical and corporate roles within health settings.
• Strong knowledge of value-based recruitment practices and methods.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and corporate roles across Brightwater's portfolio.
• Prepare and manage job advertisements, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and check references and compliance.
• Deliver a compliant, engaging recruitment experience aligned with Brightwater's values and diversity goals.
