SSI SCHAEFER is delivering a major automated distribution centre for ALDI in Bradfield, Western Sydney. The role focuses on attracting specialist talent and building recruitment pipelines as the project progresses, with practical HR support across the ANZ HR team from our Norwest base.

Hybrid role with occasional project-site attendance, offering a meaningful contribution to a large, multi-year Australian automation project and collaboration with project leaders and Global Mobility.

Competenze

• Strong recruitment experience for specialist roles.
• Experience in workforce planning and developing recruitment strategies.
• Practical HR experience with Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, trades, logistics, project management and support roles.
• Develop recruitment pipelines aligned with project milestones and international mobility.
• Provide practical HR advice and day-to-day support to project managers and staff.
