Job summary

MSS Security is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead to oversee recruitment delivery across Victoria and Tasmania. The role focuses on driving performance, developing a team of recruiters, and building strong relationships with operational stakeholders to meet workforce requirements.

You will actively support the team, oversee high-volume hiring, and drive campaigns while ensuring processes and Workday records are maintained accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition leadership or a senior Talent Acquisition role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop recruitment teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing recruitment KPIs and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of TA professionals.
• Oversee recruitment delivery across Victoria and Tasmania.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, vacancies, pipelines and hiring outcomes.
• Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce requirements and priorities.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Drive recruitment campaigns, workforce planning and new contract transitions.
• Ensure recruitment processes, compliance and Workday records are maintained accurately.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and performance reporting to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead to oversee recruitment delivery across Victoria and Tasmania.

This leadership role will focus on driving recruitment performance, supporting and developing a team of recruiters, and building strong relationships with operational stakeholders to ensure workforce requirements are met. You will not just oversee recruitment but be able to jump in and actively assist the team.

• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience with Workday or similar recruitment systems.
