Job summary

Harrier Talent Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our onsite team supporting a retail client. This is a contract role until the end of June 2027, with hybrid work options and up to three days on-site.

You’ll support administration, coordination and recruitment projects, manage job postings, interviews, background checks and onboarding, and build pipelines via our ATS and networks. Strong Excel skills and stakeholder-friendly communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous TA coordination experience in a busy recruitment team.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and candidates with warmth and professionalism.
• Exceptional attention to detail and multi-priority juggling.
• Strong communication and collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience with TA systems and strong Excel skills.

This is a contract opportunity until the end of June 2027. Hybrid working is on offer with our team typically spending up to 3 days per week onsite with the client and working remotely for the rest.

What you'll bring

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-moving environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a TA Coordinator role supporting a busy recruitment team
• The ability to manage senior stakeholders and candidates with warmth and professionalism
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience with Humanforce (LiveHire) is a plus, and strong Excel skills are essential
