Job summary

FYI is a product-led SaaS company expanding its People & Culture team across ANZ and the UK. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & People Adviser to partner with leaders, attract and recruit top talent, and support onboarding, performance, engagement and employee relations.

You'll own recruitment, build pipelines for SaaS and accounting professionals, and contribute to ongoing P&C initiatives in a global, fast-moving environment. Hybrid work from Adelaide CBD is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience across Talent Acquisition, People & Culture or HR, with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Interest in building experience across employee relations, performance, engagement and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering with leaders from role design through to sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines of SaaS and accounting professionals through proactive sourcing and referrals, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with leaders and employees on day-to-day People & Culture matters, providing practical and timely advice across policies and processes.
• Work with the People & Culture Manager to support employee relations, performance management and broader initiatives.
• Contribute to onboarding, P&C systems, policies and processes improvement, seeking opportunities to automate and streamline.

The position

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Adviser to join FYI as we continue to grow our team across ANZ and the UK.

This is a broad, hands-on position combining end-to-end talent acquisition with the opportunity to build your experience across People & Culture. You'll partner closely with leaders to attract and recruit exceptional talent, while supporting key initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, engagement and employee relations.

You'll join a collaborative People & Culture team where you'll have ownership of your work, exposure across the business and the opportunity to continue developing your advisory capability as FYI scales globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering with leaders from role design through to sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.

• Partner with leaders and employees on day-to-day People & Culture matters, providing practical and timely advice across policies, processes and people matters.
• Work closely with the People & Culture Manager to support employee relations, performance management and broader people initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding, P&C systems, policies and processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve how we work.

About you

• 3+ years' experience across Talent Acquisition, People & Culture or HR, with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Looking to broaden your HR advisory capability, with an interest in building experience across employee relations, performance, engagement and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with leaders, provide advice and constructively influence outcomes.
• Highly organised and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities and P&C activities within a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with strong communication skills and confidence using recruitment and HR technology. Experience within SaaS or technology environments will be highly regarded.

You'll need valid working rights in Australia and the ability to complete satisfactory background and verification checks as part of our standard recruitment process.
