IOR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor (12-month maternity leave cover) to lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions. You will partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, source top talent, and build strong pipelines that support Australia-wide operations.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, market insights, and a proactive sourcing approach. You’ll manage campaigns across operational, technical, trade, professional and corporate roles, delivering recruitment

About the role

This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services across the business, partnering with leaders to attract, assess and secure high-quality talent. You’ll manage recruitment campaigns, provide market insights, build talent pipelines, while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, technical, trade, professional and corporate positions.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, provide recruitment advice, and support workforce planning discussions.
• Proactively source talent through advertising, networking, referrals, market mapping and talent pooling activities.
• Maintain recruitment reporting, applicant tracking systems, onboarding coordination.

What you’ll bring

You’re a relationship-focused recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to find great talent. You bring strong sourcing capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across a variety of role types.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders across the business.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates across multiple disciplines and locations using diverse recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR within a fast-paced environment. Blue-circular recruitment experience will be highly regarded.
