Job summary

R/GA Media Group seeks a Director Talent, APAC for a 12 month maternity cover. You will lead talent, development, succession, and culture-driven engagement across APAC, partnering with the CEO and senior leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions and data-driven insights that improve performance and retention.

You will influence change at an organizational level, coach leaders, and drive equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives while collaborating with global talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Partner, HR or HRBP roles, including 3+ years of management.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to build trust with executive leaders and create talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent initiatives in APAC with focus on development, succession, and engagement.
• Partner with CEOs and senior leaders to implement talent strategies across APAC.
• Drive change using data-driven insights to improve retention and performance.
• Support Learning & Development and equity, diversity & inclusion efforts.
• Coach senior leaders and manage internal conflicts and development opportunities.
