The role focuses on ensuring the integrity of tailings and water storage facilities across operation, construction and closure phases. The RTFE will enforce GISTM conformance, update senior management on safety and performance, and collaborate across EOR, DOR, planning, regulatory affairs and environment teams, while planning remedial works and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the design, construction, operation and monitoring of TSF and water dams.
• Recognised tailings dam experience in design, construction and/or operations.
• Auditing and training skills.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for the integrity of the TSFs during operation, construction and closure.
• Implement and maintain the Tailings Management System per GISTM.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on TSF safety and performance.
• Liaise with EOR, DOR, construction, operations, planning, governance, regulatory affairs, social performance and environment teams.
• Design of TSFs and planning of remedial works.
• Define and develop project deliverables for tailings expansion and dam safety projects.
• Water management of the TSF and related infrastructure.
• Lead monitoring of TSF and water dam performance.
• OMS Manual and related documentation.
