Job summary

Liontown Limited is seeking an experienced Engineer to join our Production Services team as the Responsible Tailings Facility Engineer (RTFE). You’ll lead tailings design governance, supervise surveillance and deposition planning, and support paste plant and RO treatment projects through design review to commissioning.

The role requires deep geotechnical or civil engineering expertise, formal chartership or eligibility (CPEng), and a track record in tailings or dam safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in geotechnical or civil engineering with geotechnical specialization.
• CPEng or eligibility within 12 months (essential for RTFE).
• Post-graduate tailings or dam safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailings facility governance as RTFE and liaise with Engineer of Record.
• Support paste plant and RO treatment plant projects from design to handover.
• Review designs, evaluate consultants, and verify construction through commissioning.
