• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) is required.
• Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or higher-level qualification in adult education or equivalent.
• Relevant industry experience in Project Management and/or Training and Assessment.
• Experience delivering training in classroom, industry and/or online environments.
• Strong understanding of VET standards and quality requirements.
