CQUniversity is seeking experienced VET professionals to design and deliver practical training across Project Management and Training and Assessment. You will guide assessment practices, align learning with VET standards, and work with diverse learner groups, drawing on industry connections to ensure relevance and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, support and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or higher-level qualification in adult education, or equivalent.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver practical, engaging training across Project Management and Training and Assessment.
• Provide expert guidance on assessment practices and alignment with VET standards.
• Maintain current industry knowledge and strong industry connections to meet evolving training needs.
• Engage diverse learner groups and connect learning with real-world practice.
• Ensure learning is aligned with relevant VET standards and quality requirements.
• Contribute to both disciplines depending on experience and industry background.
