Qualifications

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse learners.
• Demonstrated experience delivering training or teaching in classroom, industry and/or online environments.
• Strong understanding of VET standards and assessment practices.
• Current industry knowledge and ability to maintain industry connections.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver practical, engaging training across Project Management and Training and Assessment.
• Provide expert guidance on assessment practices and ensure alignment with VET standards.
• Work with diverse learner groups and connect learning with real-world practice.
