Job summary

Carrier Australia is seeking an Air Conditioning Apprentice in Adelaide to learn from experienced HVAC technicians while completing on-the-job training and formal TAFE studies. You will gain exposure to installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repair of HVAC systems.

No extensive experience is required; a positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are essential. You must be eligible to work in Australia and hold a valid drivers license or be willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• No previous HVAC experience required; attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Willing to commit to formal apprenticeship with on-the-job training.
• Eligible to work in Australia and hold a valid drivers license (or willing to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Learn fault-finding and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Attend TAFE and complete apprenticeship training and assessments.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Work with customers and colleagues across sites.
