Job summary

Fremantle Ports is seeking a Coordinator Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and reporting. You’ll work with Hiring Managers, labour hire providers and candidates, coordinating interviews, inductions, and compliance activities while maintaining data integrity in Oracle Recruitment.

The role focuses on delivering efficient, compliant recruitment outcomes and building strong relationships across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiar with recruitment processes, onboarding and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across labour hire and permanent vacancies.
• Schedule interviews, medicals, onboarding, inductions and pre-employment assessments.
• Build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external providers.
• Manage job advertising, recruitment documentation and candidate communications.
• Coordinate reference checks, medicals, police clearances and employment screening.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting and data integrity within Oracle Recruitment.
• Monitor labour hire engagements and ensure compliance with organisational requirements.
• Support onboarding, workforce reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes.
