Arup seeks a Technical Lead to steer T&D engineering and design across a range of Australian and international energy projects. You will lead design teams, guide bid execution, and manage project delivery for energy and renewable power initiatives including wind, solar and BESS.

You will mentor staff, liaise with clients, and coordinate resources across APAC, strengthening Arup's WA Energy presence and delivering innovative solutions.

Competenze

• Recognised tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Experience in HV power, T&D design and consulting environment.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage client relationships.

Mansioni

• Provide technical design leadership for T&D engineering and design.
• Lead bid development and coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients.
• Project manage T&D infrastructure projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Mentor and train staff on projects and drive knowledge sharing within WA Energy team.
• Coordinate T&D resources across APAC for design and projects.
