Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year’s experience in a similar role.
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Intermediate experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience with transport, mining or construction industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging training materials and e-learning modules using instructional design principles.
• Support Cloud Assess system, develop assessment tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address training gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and regularly update content to incorporate best practices and industry standards.
• Communicate training initiatives to stakeholders, build relationships with subject matter experts and trainers, and support cross-functional teams.
• Assist with training projects and timelines, and stay current with instructional design techniques through ongoing professional development
