Job summary

Coles Group in Melbourne is seeking a Systems Lead to shape the next phase of our supply chain and to lead a four-person team. You will work closely with ADC Operations, Coles Technology and external partners such as WITRON to strengthen technical capability and cyber governance.

You will build new systems frameworks, design and test services, govern releases, and drive continuous improvement while coaching your team through significant change.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and systems knowledge in automated supply chains.
• Proven people leadership experience coaching and building team capability.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and security/governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing and optimisation of new and existing technical services.
• Govern system releases, manage risks and dependencies post-release.
• Own testing strategies and uplift capability across system quality and governance.
• Partner with ADC Operations, internal tech teams and vendors to improve system effectiveness.
• Coach and develop a team of four, driving continuous improvement.
