Job summary

Join Bega Group's Operational Excellence team as a Systems Analyst, where you will help drive continuous improvement by aligning technical capabilities with business requirements through configuration, analysis, and user empowerment.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate UAT, configure enterprise systems, support data governance, and enhance user adoption through training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based EHSQ systems (Intelex) and PLM/recipe management (Hamilton Grant) is highly regarded.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and UAT coordination, translating complex needs into technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Stakeholder management, problem-solving, and delivering practical outcomes in complex environments.
• Qualifications in Information Systems, Business Analysis, IT, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, map processes, and translate regulatory needs into system improvements.
• Configure enterprise platforms through low-code tools and custom fields.
• Maintain data integrity, quality, and security via audits and governance.
• Coordinate UAT, document defects, and support releases.

The Role

Join Bega Group's Operational Excellence team as a Systems Analyst, where you will help drive continuous improvement by aligning technical capabilities with business requirements through configuration, analysis, and user empowerment. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing, configure enterprise systems, support data governance, and enhance user adoption through excellent documentation and delivery of training.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly collaborative and enjoys translating business needs into practical system solutions while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate business and regulatory needs into prioritised system improvements.
• Configure enterprise platforms through low-code solutions, including custom fields, validation rules, and system enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity, quality, and security through audits, monitoring, and data governance activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document defects, and support successful release implementation.
• Develop user documentation, deliver training, and drive system adoption through ongoing support and performance monitoring

About you

• Experience with cloud-based EHSQ (eg. Intelex) and PLM/recipe management (eg. Hamilton Grant) systems is highly regarded.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and UAT coordination with a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles
• Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and delivering practical outcomes in complex environments
• Qualifications in Information Systems, Business Analysis, IT, or a related discipline, with an interest in continuous improvement and new technologies
