Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a Systems Integration, Verification and Validation Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team supporting the Wakulda Program. You will manage complex tasks from proposal and design through integration of changes into the platform.

This role emphasizes systems engineering principles, lifecycle management, and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to ensure mission-critical capabilities are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex technical development and integration projects.
• Understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define system performance requirements by evaluating customer needs and ensuring interface compatibility.
• Analyze and optimize system architecture for total system and/or system-of-systems performance.
• Incorporate safety, reliability, maintainability and security considerations into configurations.
• Support requirements management, risk and technology readiness assessment processes.
• Test and validate designs to meet operational and functional requirements.
• Interface with stakeholders to communicate status and ensure engineering deliverables meet scope and constraints.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure Developed, Verified and Delivered scope within budget and schedule.
• Identify and manage technical and program risks related to capability delivery.
