Job summary

Babcock Australasia is seeking an ICT and Cyber Security Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering the Network and Security stream across Defence High Frequency Communications projects. You will guide investigations, systems engineering activities, and integration and testing across dedicated facilities and active sites.

You will ensure engineering processes and governance align with Babcock policies, support program delivery from design to sustainment, and mentor others while driving

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in relatable technical/engineering roles.
• Experience in managing engineering function and/or technical delivery.
• Knowledge of ICT and Cyber Security principles, especially in High Frequency communications.
• Familiarity with ILS, RAM, Safety and E3 processes.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering the Network and Security stream across Defence High Frequency Communications projects.
• Guide complex technical investigations, systems engineering activities, and integration and testing across facilities and sites.
• Ensure correct application of engineering processes and governance aligned with Babcock policies.
• Support program delivery from design through delivery, acceptance and sustainment.
• Contribute to business development and act as technical authority when delegated.
