Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering and/or verification & validation.
• Mechanical, mechatronics, systems engineering or related degree.
• Experience with industrial equipment, electrical/control/automation systems.
• Strong systems thinking and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience with requirements, risk-based testing and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to lead V&V activities from planning through execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
