Viatek is recruiting a Systems Engineer to join our Adelaide office. You will act as the first escalation point for our service desk, providing remote and onsite support, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and administering our real-time ticket system and monitoring solutions.

The role requires an associated degree (or 5+ years experience) and the ability to work in a team with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable technical ability with an associated degree or higher qualification (or at least 5 years relevant experience).
• Experience in service desk or MSP environment with a focus on network services, cloud services, server technologies.
• Experience in O365, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint would be an advantage.
