Job summary

Talenza is seeking a Systems Analyst to join a growing Technology team in Australia. The role combines application support, systems analysis and technical troubleshooting to keep business-critical systems performing optimally.

You will investigate software bugs, support releases, test new functionality and help with data fixes and scripting, while working with product and development teams to broaden your technical exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex issues across applications and data.
• Exposure to integrations, APIs and scripting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Investigate application and data issues and resolve support requests.
• Support releases, new functionality and perform testing/verification.
• Contribute to technical documentation and drive smooth production transitions.
• Collaborate with product, development and other technical teams to broaden technical exposure.
