Job summary

Scope Australia is seeking a Test Analyst to support quality, reliability and controlled release of core business applications. You will plan, design and execute testing for upgrades, releases, projects and integrations, manage defects and provide clear release-readiness information to stakeholders.

Reporting to the Test & Release Lead, you will collaborate with ICT, vendors and business teams to minimise disruption and ensure safe outcomes for frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Experience across functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate UAT and manage defects effectively.
• Understand release processes and risk-based testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Scope’s core business applications and release cycles.
• Analyse upgrade scope to identify test impacts, dependencies and data needs.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, scenarios, data and expected results for upgrades and releases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end tests with clear evidence.
• Coordinate and support business stakeholders through user acceptance testing.
