Munro Footwear Group (MFG) is looking for a Systems Analyst to support and optimise our retail technology landscape across POS, RFID and OMS.

You'll partner with Retail and Technology teams to refine requirements, implement system changes, and ensure reliable operations for stores and customers in a dynamic fashion footwear network.

The role includes documenting solutions, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and driving improvements that scale with our growing store footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Systems Analyst or similar systems-focused role in retail.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems used in retail environments.
• Experience with RFID, OMS, ERP or WMS implementations is advantageous.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.

At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we're looking for a Systems Analyst | Retail to join our Technology team and play an important role in supporting and improving the systems that power our retail stores.

With a strong focus on Point of Sale (POS) systems, along with other retail facing systems such as RFID and OMS, you'll work closely with our Retail teams, Technology teams, Business Analysts and external partners to support day-to-day retail systems and broader technology projects. You'll play an important role in ensuring our systems are reliable and effective, while helping improve processes and deliver scalable solutions that continue to evolve with the needs of the business.

The role

• Support and maintain our retail systems (POS, RFID, OMS), ensuring they are operating effectively for our store teams and customers
• Work with stakeholders to understand, validate and prioritise business and system requirements
• Support the design and implementation of system solutions that meet business needs
• Partner with the Systems Team and Business Analysts to identify opportunities to improve processes
• Coordinate system configuration changes with internal teams and external partners
• Support system upgrades, releases and the adoption of new functionality

About you

• Strong knowledge and experience working with POS systems
• Previous experience in a Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar systems-focused role
• Experience working within a retail environment
• The ability to understand business requirements and determine the most effective solution
• A practical understanding of system and application architecture principles
• Experience supporting technology projects, ideally involving POS, RFID or OMS implementations. ERP or WMS experience also highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when approaching system challenges
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
