Munro Footwear Group (MFG) is seeking a Management Accountant to join our Finance team in Melbourne. You will provide meaningful financial analysis, reporting and insights to support commercial decisions across our 250+ stores and multi-site operations.

You will handle monthly management reporting, variance analysis and budgeting activities, partnering with cost centre owners and department heads to drive performance. A proactive, detail-focused accountant with strong Excel skills is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years' accounting experience.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Strong management accounting with month-end reporting, analysis & commentary.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in retail/multi-site environment is highly regarded.

• Prepare and analyse monthly management reporting with clear commentary.
• Complete variance analysis across actuals, budgets and forecasts.
