Job summary

Munro Footwear Group (MFG) is seeking an RFID Inventory Specialist to advance our RFID program and strengthen stock accuracy across stores and distribution. This on-site role collaborates with Finance, Retail, Supply Chain and Technology to turn RFID data into actionable improvements.

You will guide stocktake activities, investigate discrepancies, monitor metrics and support month-end/year-end reporting while driving continuous inventory enhancements.

• RFID knowledge essential for the role.
• Experience in inventory management, retail ops or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large data sets and drive action.
• Excellent problem-solving and investigation abilities.
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFID stocktake programs across stores and distribution operations.
• Drive stock integrity by analysing RFID data and identifying improvements.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, shrinkage trends, and inventory anomalies.
• Partner with Retail, Finance and Logistics to improve accuracy and reduce risk.

### Job DescriptionAt **Munro Footwear Group (MFG),** we're looking for an **RFID Inventory Specialist** to build on the success of our RFID program and continue transforming how we manage inventory across our brands.
