Job summary

Munro Footwear Group (MFG) seeks a Systems Analyst to support our retail technology stack across store networks. You will focus on POS, RFID and OMS, ensuring reliable operations and scalable improvements.

You will collaborate with Retail, Technology and external partners to translate business needs into effective system solutions, document configurations, and assist with upgrades and deployments across multiple stores.

At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we're looking for a Systems Analyst | Retail to join our Technology team and play an important role in supporting and improving the systems that power our retail stores.With a strong focus on Point of Sale (POS) systems, along with other retail facing systems such as RFID and OMS, you'll work closely with our Retail teams, Technology teams, Business Analysts and external partners to support day-to-day retail systems and broader technology projects. You'll play an important role in ensuring our systems are reliable and effective, while helping improve processes and deliver scalable solutions that continue to evolve with the needs of the business.The roleSupport and maintain our retail systems (POS, RFID, OMS), ensuring they are operating effectively for our store teams and customersWork with stakeholders to understand, validate and prioritise business and system requirementsSupport the design and implementation of system solutions that meet business needsPartner with the Systems Team and Business Analysts to identify opportunities to improve processesCoordinate system configuration changes with internal teams and external partnersSupport system upgrades, releases and the adoption of new functionalityContribute to solution design workshops and provide systems expertise across Technology projectsSupport integration mapping, testing, implementation and transition of new solutions into the businessMaintain clear functional and technical system documentationProvide advanced support for complex retail system issues and help identify long-term solutionsBuild strong relationships across Retail, Technology, vendors and other key business stakeholdersAbout youStrong knowledge and experience working with POS systemsPrevious experience in a Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar systems-focused roleExperience working within a retail environmentThe ability to understand business requirements and determine the most effective solutionA practical understanding of system and application architecture principlesExperience supporting technology projects, ideally involving POS, RFID or OMS implementations.
