Job summary

OceanaGold is seeking a qualified PRONTO ERP Systems Analyst to join our Brisbane team. You will ensure teams maximise the PRONTO ERP platform, drive improvements, and align with company policies.

The role is office-based in Brisbane, requiring five days on-site weekly. You will deliver expert support across Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Maintenance modules, perform UAT, and support upgrades, integrations, and audits, collaborating with IT and business users throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience with PRONTO ERP (Finance, PM, SCM, and/or Maintenance).
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and project management.
• Experience with upgrades, enhancements, and integrations of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in producing functional and technical specification documentation.
• Experience with UAT and change management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with business users.
• Knowledge of IT General Controls remediation and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance is a plus.

Job Description

OceanaGold has multiple opportunities available for qualified and motivated PRONTO ERP Systems Analysts to join our team and support business units across the organisation.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring teams are getting the most out of the PRONTO ERP platform. You’ll provide expert-level support, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with company policies and standards. Your insights and expertise will help enhance operational efficiency and empower users to optimise their workflows.

Location: Brisbane office-based role requiring five days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert-level support for our primary ERP, PRONTO, and its integrations across Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Management modules.
• Assist in system improvements, including enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Produce functional and technical documentation and conduct UAT.
• Follow our Change Management processes and utilize ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with IT teams, including Applications, Infrastructure, and Help Desk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience with PRONTO ERP (specifically in Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Maintenance Management).
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and project management.
• Proven experience in system improvements, including upgrades, and integrations.
• Proficiency in producing functional and technical specification documentation.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key business users.
• Knowledge of IT General Controlsremediation activities - Sarbanes-Oxley compliance knowledge would be an advantage.
• Awareness ofPRONTO 4GL programming is a plus
