Ora Banda Mining is seeking a Stores & Warehouse Officer to support mining operations in Western Australia. You will handle stock receipts, picking and dispatch, maintain records, and ensure accurate stock levels.

The role requires 3 years’ stores experience in mining, forklift certification, and proficiency with Pronto software. A valid HR driver’s licence is desirable, with a strong eye for detail and safety-focused approach in a dynamic site environment.

• 3 years’ experience in a stores environment, preferably in the mining industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of Chain of Responsibility standards & Load Restraint practices
• Extensive knowledge of stores and supply documentation and procedures
• Proficiency in computerised supply systems, preferably Pronto software
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality service to OBM business units at the warehouse service counter for picking slips and direct charge purchases.
• Receive and check deliveries against orders.
• Maintain register of deliveries received into the warehouse.
• Investigations with Senior Supply Officer on purchase order discrepancies and resolutions.
• Maintain register of outwards freight despatched.
• Reconcile transport manifests and purchase orders.
• Identify and investigate stock discrepancies during stock takes or issuing.
• Manual handling of incoming goods.
• Complete daily reagent counts and fuel dips.
• Complete cycle stock taking as per plan.
• Maintain accurate Pronto records of issues, receipts & stocktakes.
• Keep Supply Department vehicles and equipment clean, safe, and well maintained with pre-start checks.

The role

• Provide quality service to all OBM Business units at the warehouse service counter for the collection of picking slips and distribution of direct charge purchase
• Receive and check deliveries against order
• Maintain register of deliveries received into the warehouse
• Investigations in conjunction with Senior Supply Officer of any purchase order discrepancies and resolution thereafter
• Maintain a register of outwards freight despatched
• Reconcile transport manifest consignment notes and purchase orders
• Identify and investigate anomalies between physical & recorded stock levels whether via a stock take or when issuing via a picking slip
• Manual handling of incoming goods
• Complete daily reagent counts and fuel dips
• Complete cycle stock taking as per stock taking plan
• Maintain accurate Pronto records of issues, receipts & stocktakes
• Keeping Supply Department vehicles and equipment clean, safe, and well maintained - This includes pre-start vehicle checks

About you

• 3 years’ experience in a stores environment, preferably in the mining industry
• Demonstrated understanding of Chain of Responsibility standards & Load Restraint practices
• Extensive knowledge of stores and supply documentation and procedures
• Proficiency in computerised supply systems, preferably Pronto software
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Current forklift ticket
• Current HR driver’s licence (Desirable)
• Clear and professionalcommunication skills
