Job summary

Southern Academy of Higher Education Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an ICT Systems Analyst to help shape SAHE's technology roadmap. You will translate academic and corporate needs into practical, well-tested system solutions across ERP, SIS, CRM, SharePoint and LMS platforms.

The role involves requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, project delivery and user training, with a focus on in-house built tech rather than off-the-shelf software, based in Sydney CBD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in a business/ICT analyst role, ideally in a complex or regulated environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; translate business needs into technical requirements.
Practical experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, system testing and project delivery.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise systems such as ERP, SIS or CRM platforms; higher education sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business requirements across Academic, Admissions, Marketing, Finance, HR and Student Services.
Identify and improve business processes, workflows and system functionality.
Develop functional specs, data models and process diagrams to support ICT solutions.
Plan and manage ICT projects from design through testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
Lead ICT initiatives for ERP, SIS, CRM, SharePoint, forms and LMS platforms.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, system documentation and user training.
