Job summary

Randstad is recruiting a senior business analyst to lead discovery, requirements architecture, and process optimization for enterprise platforms in higher education. You will own the analysis of complex problems, design scalable solutions, and guide integrations across the SMS and CX modules of TechnologyOne within a hybrid delivery model.

You will mentor junior analysts, coordinate UAT, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and vendors to ensure solutions align with organisational strategy

Qualifications

• Extensive track record leading systems analysis on large-scale digital transformation in enterprise or higher education.
• Deep functional and configuration expertise in TechnologyOne SaaS solutions, specifically SMS or CX modules.
• Strong capability across business process modelling, data mapping, integration design, and UAT coordination.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement translating complex requirements into clear functional specs.
• Experience guiding Agile delivery teams, managing sprint workflows, and mentoring junior analysts.

The Role

Working within a hybrid delivery model, you will drive discovery, requirements architecture, and continuous improvement across core enterprise applications. Key accountabilities include:

Leading end to end analysis of complex business problems to design scalable, enterprise level systems and process solutions.

Owning functional design, system configurations, integrations, and user stories for the TechnologyOne Student Management System and CX suite.

Partnering directly with senior business leaders, technical leads, and vendors to align technical solutions with organisational strategy.

Incorporating Scrum Master type responsibilities including ticket management, workflow coordination, and sprint process oversight.

Mentoring junior functional analysts to uplift capability across the broader delivery team.

The Tech Stack & Environment

Core Enterprise Platform: TechnologyOne Student Management System (SMS) & CX suite.

Ecosystem & Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise middleware, data governance frameworks.

Delivery Framework: Agile/Scrum, hybrid SDLC, Jira, Confluence.
