Job summary
Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will map current processes, gather requirements and connect business needs with technology outcomes across People and Culture, finance, operations, and IT, while coordinating with external vendors.
You will drive requirements, process redesign, data migration, testing and adoption, building strong relationships with stakeholders and guiding change to ensure successful system
Qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprise technology implementations.
- Undergraduate qualification in Business or IT or related field.
- Strong experience leading requirements gathering and documenting deliverables.
- Experience with process mapping, business rules, functional requirements and user stories.
- Experience supporting data migration, systems integration and testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder consultations to translate business needs into clear system requirements.
- Analyse and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Lead the HRIS implementation, defining requirements and supporting solution design.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and evaluate solution options.
- Support data migration, integration, testing and user acceptance activities.
