Job summary
Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will map current processes, gather requirements, and ensure technology solutions meet user needs.
You’ll work across People and Culture, finance, operations and IT, liaising with external partners to deliver a fit-for-purpose HRIS and related systems. You will lead requirements, redesign processes, support data migration, testing, and system adoption while aligning with
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level qualification in Business, IT or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise technology implementations.
- Experience with HRIS implementations preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder consultations.
- Analyse and redesign business processes for efficiency.
- Define requirements and support HRIS solution design.
- Assist data migration, integration, testing and deployment.
- Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- Support change management and user adoption.
