Job summary

SDI Bayswater seeks a Systems Analyst to bridge business and IT, delivering Salesforce administration, Power BI analytics, and cross-platform integration readiness. You will design solutions that meet operational needs and maintain documentation.

You will explore SAP readiness, map processes, and train stakeholders while upholding SDI's values and quality standards. This full‑time, on‑site role offers growth in a dynamic healthcare/dental tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, IS, business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Salesforce/Power BI specialist.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialised systems analysis advice to business areas and bridge IT and business teams.
• Administer Salesforce platform including user management, security, and automation with Flows.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and data models for actionable insights.
• Map business processes and support SAP readiness and future ERP integrations.
• Ensure user documentation, quality compliance and alignment with SDI strategies.
