NSW Police Force in Sydney is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the Service Management Office, Technology and Communication Services Command. You will lead incident coordination and play a key role in driving continual service improvement across Australia’s largest police tech environment.

The role requires ITIL and ServiceNow experience, with a focus on incident management, problem coordination and ensuring service levels align with operational needs.

Competenze

• Experience in Incident Management and Major Incident Management in large, regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Service Management Office (SMO) and ITIL processes.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) and enterprise ITSM platforms.

Mansioni

• Lead incident coordination and support major incident management across a complex environment.
• Act as backup central coordination point during major incidents with stakeholders and vendors.
• Drive service restoration with governance and post-incident reviews.
