LDK Healthcare is seeking a System Specialist (Product Owner) to join our ICT team in Canberra or Brisbane. The role focuses on operating, configuring, and supporting SwiftPOS and RICI, with collaboration across business units to translate needs into practical system solutions.
You will help deliver outcomes within our Innovation and Business Transformation program, support key LDK projects, and work with vendors to ensure solutions align with how the business actually operates.

About the role
The System Specialist(Product owner) sits within LDK's ICT Team and is responsible for the operation, configuration, and support of LDK's systems. The role's primary focus is SwiftPOS and RICI (incident reporting), with support for other systems as required.
This is a collaborative, business facing role as much as a technical one. The System Specialist works closely with teams across LDK to understand their needs, support new initiatives, and translate business requirements into practical system solutions. They facilitate design with vendors, making sure solutions are fit for purpose and reflect how the business actually operates.
The role contributes to the delivery of key outcomes under LDK's broader Innovation and Business Transformation program and supports the successful delivery of key LDK projects.
