Job summary

Ascom is seeking a System Engineer to deliver tailored healthcare ICT solutions and support customers through innovative technology. You’ll join our Professional Services team to help healthcare professionals provide exceptional care.

The role involves implementing and supporting customer solutions, providing Level 2 on-site and remote support, managing tasks, documenting deployments, and performing on-site installations and system health checks across the ANZ region.

Qualifications

• tertiary qualification in System Engineering, Application Engineering or related discipline.
• proven experience in a Systems Engineering or equivalent technical role.
• Familiarity with Ascom solutions is a plus.
• fast learner and tech problem-solver

About You

You hold a tertiary qualification in System Engineering, Application Engineering, or a related discipline, with proven experience in a Systems Engineering or equivalent technical role. Familiarity with Ascom solutions is a plus, but if you're a fast learner and a tech problem-solver, we’d love to hear from you.

Additionally, You Will Also Be Able To

• Travel within the ANZ region.
• Hold a valid driver's license as this position comes with a company car.
• Enjoy and excel at conducting on-site installations and comfortable in using tools as part of your role.
