Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher qualification in System Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Systems Engineering or equivalent technical role.
• Familiarity with Ascom solutions is a plus, quick learner and problem-solver required.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and supporting technical customer solutions that integrate with existing IT environments.
• Providing Level 2 support (on-site and remote) across the product lifecycle to resolve technical challenges.
• Managing project tasks to ensure timely delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for traceability and long-term serviceability of deployed systems.
• Conducting on-site installations and system health checks.
