Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is seeking a Distribution Enablement Specialist to ensure land product accuracy and compliant presentation across distribution systems. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and technology partners to drive QA, process improvement and system enablement.

The role offers opportunities across Australia with a preference for Brisbane; remote possibilities may exist for the right candidate with an AU base.

Qualifications

• Experience applying business analysis methodologies.
• Experience documenting business requirements, processes, training materials, and support artifacts.
• Degree, certification, or 4+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own hotel and room mapping, Meridian rules and content to ensure accurate product presentation.
• Monitor system jobs, perform product availability checks and audits.
• Investigate and resolve product/system issues; identify trends to improve quality.
• Develop clear business processes and user-friendly documentation for stakeholders.
