Job summary

Macmahon in Perth is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Administrator to manage day-to-day HRIS activities and data integrity. You will collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth operation across modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, and Learning & Development.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, strong data governance, and the ability to translate requirements into effective system solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong system configuration and support expertise within an HRIS environment.
• Solid understanding of data governance and security best practices.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP SuccessFactors administration across multiple modules and maintain data quality.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT/vendors to resolve them.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with governance and security practices.
• Configure settings, manage upgrades, and implement enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation.
• Support HR leaders with SuccessFactors and Power BI reporting to inform decisions.
• Engage with HR Operations to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in People Systems.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on role where you'll be responsible for day-to-day system administration, troubleshooting, data integrity, and driving system improvement projects. You'll also leverage your data analytics skills to deliver meaningful insights that support Macmahon's people frameworks and business decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support and administration of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development) Maintain high‑quality data, systems and reporting
• Troubleshoot system issues and work collaboratively with IT and vendors to resolve them efficiently
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices
• Configure and optimise system settings, manage upgrades, and implement enhancements
• Develop and deliver training materials including reference guides, process maps, and user documentation
• Support leaders and HR teams with SuccessFactors and Power BI reporting to drive data‑informed decisions
• Engage with HR Operations stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimisation across People Systems
• Maintain safe work practices and support a paperless environment through effective electronic records management

• Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
• Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
