We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our MyService Platform Team during a period of significant project and platform demand.
This is an opportunity to work on a highly visible enterprise platform that supports service delivery across both technology and business teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable, well-governed and ready to support ongoing business growth and change.
Working alongside Business Analysts, Developers, Configuration Analysts, Asset Analysts and managed service partners, you’ll help maintain platform health, deliver enhancements and drive continuous improvement across the ServiceNow environment.
As the ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support and operational performance of the platform.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong ServiceNow administration skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
The ServiceNow Platform Team is responsible for the governance, administration and continuous improvement of the Bank’s ServiceNow platform. The team works closely with stakeholders across technology and business functions to ensure the platform delivers a secure, stable and high-quality experience for its users.
