The Reserve Bank of Australia in Sydney is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to join the MyService Platform Team. You will own core platform health, security and performance for a strategic enterprise ServiceNow instance supporting IT and business service delivery.
In this hybrid role, you will proactively monitor platform health, administer users and access, manage incidents, and configure workflows, forms and UI policies across modules.
You will be joining the IT Operational Services function within the Bank, supporting a strategic enterprise platform that underpins IT and business service delivery.
The ServiceNow System Administrator sits within the MyService Platform Team and reports to the ServiceNow Technical Lead. The team is responsible for platform governance, core administration, configuration and continuous improvement across ServiceNow.
This role focuses on the core platform layer, working closely with Business Analysts, developers, managed service partners, Configuration Analysts and Asset Analysts to ensure the platform remains stable, secure and performant.
