Job summary

Transgrid is seeking a System Administrator to join our Procurement System and Business Enablement team in Sydney (Ultimo). You’ll administer and support the SAP Ariba platform, ensuring performance, security and a positive user experience across the business.

Working with Procurement, IT, suppliers and stakeholders, you’ll drive process improvements, provide training and ongoing support, and help deliver valuable outcomes through a collaborative, customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience administering SAP Ariba, with knowledge of Supplier Management, Procurement and Invoicing modules.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across Procurement, IT, suppliers and the business.

About The Role

We are seeking a System Administrator to join our Procurement System and Business Enablement team and play a key role in the administration, support and continuous improvement of the SAP Ariba platform. Based in Sydney (Ultimo), you'll help ensure our procurement systems operate efficiently, effectively and deliver a seamless experience for users across the business.

Working closely with Procurement, IT, suppliers and business stakeholders, you'll be a trusted partner who helps solve problems, optimise processes and drive continuous improvement across the platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with stakeholder engagement in a collaborative and supportive environment.
